Ayurvedic consultation Empordà, an assessment that begins with you
Āyurveda is built on one fundamental principle: no two people are alike. What brings one person into balance may throw another out of it. That is why this consultation does not begin with symptoms — it begins with you.
Through the analysis of your Āyurvedic constitution (Prakriti) and your current state of balance (Vikriti), Narayan Yadav builds a complete picture of how your body functions: how you process food, how you manage energy, how your environment affects your nervous system, what natural rhythms you follow.
From there, everything makes sense. And the recommendations you receive are yours alone — not taken from a manual.
How the consultation works, step by step
Step 1: Before your consultation
Before your consultation, you'll receive a short email with two simple questions about the reason for your visit and your current medical situation. Just reply to the email — no form to fill in.
Step 2: Constitutional analysis
During the consultation, Narayan analyses your Prakriti — your natural Āyurvedic constitution — and your Vikriti, which is your current state of equilibrium.
In an in-person consultation, this analysis includes pulse examination according to the Āyurvedic tradition (Nadi Pariksha), tongue observation and other classical indicators.
In an online consultation, the analysis is based on the questionnaire, the conversation and visual observation.
Step 3: Personalised Āyurvedic plan
Based on the analysis, you will receive concrete recommendations tailored to your constitution: which foods support you and which ones disturb your balance, what lifestyle rhythms suit you best, which medicinal plants may help, which daily practices (Dinacharya) you can begin to incorporate gradually. Not a generic list. A plan built from your nature.
Step 4: After your consultation
If you have a specific question about your plan, you can reach us by email or WhatsApp. For a deeper review of your progress, we recommend waiting at least one month before booking a second consultation — that's the time your body needs to start showing real change.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know anything about Āyurveda before coming?
Not at all. The consultation is designed for both people who are new to Āyurveda and those who already have some experience. No prior knowledge is assumed.
What is the difference between the in-person and online consultation?
The in-person consultation allows for Āyurvedic pulse analysis (Nadi Pariksha) and direct observation, which provide additional information. The online consultation is also thorough, based on the questionnaire and the conversation. For a first consultation, we recommend coming in person when possible.
Does Āyurveda replace my doctor?
No. Āyurveda is a complementary medicine that works alongside conventional medical care, not in its place. In the consultation, we always work in coherence with any treatments you may already be following.
Is the consultation available in English?
Yes. Consultations are conducted in English, Spanish and Hindi.
How do I pay?
Payment is made at the time of online booking, or by cash, credit card or bank transfer for in-person consultations.
Āyurveda is a traditional complementary medicine. It does not replace medical diagnosis or conventional medical treatment. The Āyurvedic consultation does not diagnose illness or prescribe medical treatments.
